Typing any command on mobile always seems like a chore.īy having all of our effects go though our coin system, it allows the streamer to give each effect a "weight" for their channel. Not to mention, making it simple for mobile users to interact. With the system we have now it allows any size streamer to have some level of interactivity while still allowing the streamer to have a good level of control, and making it easy for any new user to interact without having to learn all the nuances of commands for whatever game they might be playing. I'm curious as to why you think this functionality is needed. Now there is nothing stopping a streamer from seeing what commands get sent through the extension to our endpoints to implement their own chat bot command to execute a few effects here and there. Some text commands are nice and can be usable by users, but with the amount of games we support it would get very confusing for users very fast to know what the correct commands would be to type. The whole point of the extension was to get away from the text commands.

Upcoming changes will include the possibility of configure the screen text. You have to place the configuration file prior to start Minecraft. The configuration file is generated from the configuration panel on Tw1tchCraft page, which retrieves Twitch auth token when you autorize the Twitch app. It also requires a configuration file on the config subfolder on the minecraft folder (%appdata%/.minecraft). (I have x-posted this on Minecraft subreddit since it is related to it too) If you still have any doubt of what is this Minecraft mod, it allows any Twitch audience to interact with a streamer's Minecraft game via Twitch actions (i.e.: Twitch's chat, subscriptions, follows, donations).
